Instructions for use:

1) Boil water in a suitable container, then remove the receptacle from the heating source. Immediately put the tread in the water for 10-12 seconds.

2) Listen to your lips before placing the treadle in your mouth. Carefully place the tread on all upper teeth. Squeeze the lower teeth firmly and press the tongue toward the palate. With a strong suction pull out all the air and water. Use your fingers to push the treadle tightly against your gums.

3) Rinse the tread with cold water for about 30 seconds to harden.

4) If you have not been able to get the correct shape from the first time, repeat the procedure.

5) To remove excess material causing discomfort, you can trim the tread with small scissors.
