Assembly and adjustment are carried out by a professional technician on site at the customer. The date of assembly and adjustment is negotiated individually with a technician.

If the Customer requires installation of a product (fitness equipment, trampolines, Wall Bars, billiards, etc.), the installation price is further negotiated. Transport costs are separately charged.
Claims and Service:
Possible claims will be settled with the Client on individual contracts under valid rule of law. The buyer is required to check for defects after receiving the goods. If such defects are found, the Customer must immediately inform our company. We do not warrant any defects caused by the carrier.
24 months warranty for all our goods, unless stated otherwise. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not apply to:
- Defects arising from general use;
- Misuse of the product;
- Improper storage.
- Inform us of your claim by telephone, electronic mail or in writing;
- Send the goods as a registered shipment to our address
