Apart from squats, you can also perform calf raises and lunges. The 4 Olympic weight plate posts allow you to adjust the resistance to your liking. The sturdy, stable structure is coated with electrostatic powder paint which protects it from scratches. The backrest and armrests are heavily padded for maximum comfort while the anti-slip legs ensure stability during the workout. This exercise machine also features screw covers, fully-sealed, high-quality bearings and Olympic weight plate posts.
