The Spartan mini exercise bike allows you to exercise your arms and legs. In addition to pedaling, you can engage your arms, shoulders and upper back. You can rotate the pedal forward as well as backward, engaging different muscle groups. The direction of pedaling does not affect the training data. Using the manual adjustment knob (which you tighten or loosen), you can adjust the load on the ergometer strap to your needs.
